Force Subtitles

[MK1969]

I am using the Blu-Ray Ripper from Leawo Prof. Media Version 8.3.0.2. Trying to rip Star Wars IV: A New hope, cannot get the forced subtitles to appear on the MKV copy in my hard drive. Any suggestions? I got this package as it was rated to be able to do this. Switched from ACROK Blu ray ripper as it did not work either. Leawo has send me screen shots to try but this did not work either.

Please go Settings>Conversion to check Only Forced Subtitle and click OK to retry.
