Trying to transfer photos from Camera on Iphone5S using ITransfer but it has error every time: Can not find source file
But it displays all the photos and allows yo to select them. But will not even transfer a single photo. I just purchase this today and may need to get my money back

Please kindly make sure that your iCloud is closed when you try to transfer.
If it is still failed, please kindly re-download the files from iCloud and then transfer.

2. Please also let us know your iPhone's iOS version and the photo's format.
